Invoice App Gmail Import is a private invoice-management application used to identify and process invoice-related email attachments.
The application accesses Gmail using the Google Gmail API with read-only permission. It may read email metadata, message content, and attachments only for the purpose of identifying and processing business invoices and related documents.
The application does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.
Information obtained from Gmail may be stored securely within the application's database and file storage where necessary for invoice processing, duplicate detection, record keeping, and reconciliation.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Access to Gmail can be revoked at any time through the user's Google Account permissions.
Users may request deletion of stored Gmail-derived data by contacting the application administrator.
This application's use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
